These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the MYRIEL platform, accessible at myriel.app.

By using the Platform, the User unreservedly accepts these Terms in their entirety.

Section 1

Preamble

The Platform is published by OmniPotem Technologies, a SASU with a capital of 1 000 euros, registered with the RCS of Rouen n° 928837855, headquartered at 62 Rue d'Ahlem, 76650 Petit-Couronne, France.

If the User does not accept these conditions, they must refrain from using the Platform.

Section 2

Definitions

Platform

The MYRIEL web application and all its features.

User

Any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform and uses its services.

Account

The User's personal space, accessible after registration and authentication.

Content

All data, tasks, projects, categories, and information created by the User.

MCP

Model Context Protocol - protocol enabling MYRIEL integration with third-party tools.

AI Agent

Artificial intelligence system integrated into the Platform to assist the User.

Section 3

Service Description

MYRIEL is an AI-powered task management platform. It offers the following features:

Creating, organizing, and tracking tasks and projects

AI agent assistance for management and planning

Integration with development tools via the MCP protocol

Dashboards and productivity statistics

Multi-provider LLM support (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI)

Section 4

Access and Eligibility

4.1 Access Conditions

Access to the Platform is reserved for natural persons aged at least 16 years with legal capacity. Legal entities may also use the Service through a duly authorized representative.

4.2 Registration

Using the Platform's features requires creating an Account. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated.

4.3 Login Credentials

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity carried out from their Account is presumed to be done by them. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the User must immediately inform MYRIEL.

Section 5

User Obligations

5.1 Lawful Use

The User agrees to use the Platform lawfully and fairly, in compliance with these Terms and applicable legislation.

5.2 Prohibitions

The User is prohibited from:

Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes or infringing third-party rights

Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's computer systems

Distributing unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory content or content that undermines public order

Using robots, scrapers, or any unauthorized automated system

Circumventing security measures or technical limitations

Reselling or commercializing access to the Platform without authorization

Section 6

Platform Management

Availability

MYRIEL strives to ensure Platform availability 24/7. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.

Modifications

MYRIEL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time.

Suspension

MYRIEL may suspend or terminate a User's Account in case of violation of these Terms.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

7.1 MYRIEL's Rights

The Platform, its architecture, source code, interfaces, design, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of OmniPotem Technologies or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

7.2 User Content

The User retains intellectual property rights to their Content. By using the Platform, they grant MYRIEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display this Content for Service operation purposes.

Section 8

Personal Data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. The User is invited to review it carefully.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

Service Provided As-Is

The Platform is provided "as is". MYRIEL does not guarantee that the Service will meet all User needs or be free from errors or interruptions.

Artificial Intelligence

Suggestions and analyses provided by AI agents are for informational purposes only. MYRIEL cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the User based on these recommendations.

Exclusion of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MYRIEL shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.

Section 10

Terms Modifications

MYRIEL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. The User will be informed of substantial changes by email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Section 11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Rouen shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
